The Sleep Medicine Fellowship training program is a multidisciplinary program involving faculty from psychology, neurology, otorhinolaryngology, psychiatry and pulmonary medicine. The fellowship is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education. Understanding and characterizing the dyssomnias, parasomnias and medical/psychiatric sleep disorders will occur along with an understanding of the technical aspects related to diagnosing sleep disorders. Reading material will be provided along with recommendations for additional reading. A balance between clinical encounters, reading, hands-on laboratory experience, research, teaching and practice examinations will provide the foundation for the Sleep Medicine Fellowship training program.
