Applicants will use the Rush Fellowship Application Form. Completed applications with three letters of recommendation from professional sources are required, including a letter from the director of the applicant's most recent training program.
Please note that an absolute requirement for training at Rush University Medical Center is a current, permanent (#036) Illinois license by July 1st of the fellowship start year. Graduates of foreign medical schools are candidates for the Illinois license with ECFMG certification or completion of USMLE Steps 1 , 2 and 3 along with a minimum of two years in an ACGME, ACCGME or AOA residency training program.
