Letter to Prospective Applicants

Thank you for your interest in the Rush Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in the Departments of Family Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center.

The goal of this website is to provide you with a brief overview of our program. We are very excited about the opportunity to embark on training sports medicine primary care physicians. We feel that our program has much to offer and the setting exemplary. The fellow will be exposed to an overall well-balanced curriculum and will have the unique opportunity of being trained jointly by sports-medicine-trained physicians in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics and orthopedic surgery.

In addition, our institution has been designated as the treating physicians for the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Bulls, further expanding the fellowship experience.
