Applications are accepted via ERAS. You will need to provide your Dean’s letter, medical school transcripts, 3 letters of recommendation, USMLE transcripts, C.V., and personal statement. Candidates must be graduates of approved medical schools and be eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Illinois. Graduates of foreign medical schools must have a valid J1 visa and current ECFMG certificate. Applications should be received by November 15 for appointments beginning July 1 of the next year.
