| How to Apply
The Otolaryngology Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency
Application Service (ERAS)
and National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
Once the ERAS application is complete with personal statement, medical
school transcript, Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), three
letters of recommendation, USMLE Step I score, and USMLE Step II CK score
if available, it is reviewed by a subcommittee appointed by the Program
Director consisting of attending physicians and residents. Interviews
are granted by invitation only. Qualified applicants must be able to secure
temporary and eventually permanent licensure in the state of Illinois.
Please direct all questions and correspondence to the Program Coordinator,
Dianne Noibi at Dianne_Noibi@rush.edu.
