- Initial team evaluation
- Pre-surgical nasal reconstruction, primary soft palate repair, primary gingivoperiosteoplasty (if indicated), microscopic ear exam and PE tubes as needed (3-4 months)
- Complete palate reconstruction (12-18 months)
- Annual team evaluations with early speech and hearing emphasis
- Dentistry: oral health education, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics during transitional dentition prior to alveolar reconstruction, final orthodontics during permanent dentition, conventional or osseoinegration prosthetic management as needed.
- Alveolar bone graft surgery (for 8- to 12-year-olds)
- Final soft tissue and skeletal habitation as needed (childhood, adolescence or older)
