Children with disabilities may be eligible up to 300 diapers or pull-ups per month under Illinois Medicaid. They have a full line of products including the following and are delivered right to your door: incontinent supplies, internal nutritional supplies, urological supplies, other miscellaneous disposable medical supplies, bathroom equipment, and much more. Samples are available through sales rep.

HPS provides incontinence supplies to Medicaid-eligible individuals. Supplies are delivered via UPS directly to your home/office. There is no out of pocket cost. Samples are free and available upon request to determine comfort, fit and function. New patients being accepted. Orders ship within 1 business day of receipt of all required documentation from physician.
